Leadership

Founding and leading student projects (Martian Project, Stakc).

Communication

Clear explanation, listening, and health education with peers.

Teamwork & Collaboration

Working with fellow DCM students on shared academic and project goals.

Problem Solving

Applying clinical reasoning and practical innovation to learning challenges.

Time Management

Balancing coursework, clinical foundations, and project work.

Empathy & Professionalism

Treating patients and colleagues with dignity, honesty, and accountability.

These skills will be refined throughout training and practice.
